Business customers and invoices
FastVPS accepts orders only from businesses and professionals acting for business purposes. A complete business billing profile and the applicable tax identifier are required. Services are invoiced; this is not a retail receipt service. The accepted order and these B2B cancellation/refund terms apply without limiting mandatory law.
Ordering through the FastVPS account
The public website helps you compare plans and request a quote. To place an online order, sign in to billing.fastvps.gr, choose the actual configuration and a business billing profile, and review the final amount and acceptances. A search result or calculator is not itself a purchase or resource reservation.
Final order summary
Before accepting the payment obligation, review the provider details, selected service and resources, billing period, support and management scope, any purchased backup or SLA, renewal conditions, net price, discount, tax and total payable. The order records the accepted configuration and terms version and remains available in account history. Any special delivery date or additional work must be included in the order or accepted written quote.
Before payment, read the refund rules before activation and the treatment of unused time after activation. Any non-refundable third-party cost, preparation-work charge, minimum term or different cancellation rule must be stated in the final order or accepted written quote before payment.
Order, payment and activation
- Choose the service, domain operation, billing period and any optional additions.
- Select a business billing profile. For a domain, separately confirm the correct registrant and any required registry details.
- Review net price, applicable discount, VAT, total, scope and terms before accepting the payment obligation.
- Complete the offered payment method and follow the same order’s status. Wait for the order to show confirmed payment.
- Activation proceeds after the required invoice has been issued and recorded and all service checks have passed. Some requests require administrator or registry processing.
Available payment methods
- Card: secure online payment when offered for the order.
- Credits: available for eligible orders when the balance covers the full total.

For a bank transfer, use the exact unique payment reference displayed in the order. Payment is confirmed after reconciliation, not merely because a receipt has been uploaded. Follow only the methods actually offered in the order.
Express action
Button and acceptances
The final action in online checkout uses the clear wording “Order with obligation to pay”. Before continuing, the customer confirms that they:
- reviewed the final configuration and total amount,
- accept the Service Terms, AUP and renewal/refund policy,
- understand whether the service is self-managed and whether backup is included,
- read the Privacy Notice.
Business orders and restoration consent
Checkout is available exclusively for B2B invoice orders. A domain restoration quote itemizes provider fees, FastVPS handling and any separate renewal. Additional restoration charges require explicit acceptance. See the domain terms and refund policy before payment.
Order evidence and invoice
Order history provides the recorded configuration, amount, payment status and available documents. The accepted terms version is recorded with the order. Payment does not itself issue a tax invoice. The invoice is issued separately using the verified business details and is recorded before service activation proceeds. Check the company name, address, tax identifier and billing email before paying; later changes follow the applicable accounting process.
Optional card saving and automatic renewal
Card saving has its own explicit acceptance and secure verification. A temporary €1 authorization is automatically reimbursed by the payment provider and is not a service purchase. FastVPS keeps an encrypted card reference and limited identifying details, not a full card number or CVV. Saving a card does not itself authorize a renewal.
Automatic domain renewal is enabled separately for each domain, with a business billing profile and a maximum total including tax. A restoration fee requires a new, itemized acceptance. Removing the card or disabling future renewal does not reverse a payment already completed.
