Getting started

Account setup, language preferences and basic control-panel navigation.

How do I complete my account setup?

Under My details, enter your full name, mobile number and communication language. Under Billing details, save at least one complete business profile because new FastVPS orders are available exclusively with an invoice. Your sign-in email remains the primary account identifier and must be verified before critical actions.

How do I change the portal and notification language?

The EL/EN switch at the top right changes the current page immediately. Your permanent communication language is saved under My details and is used for supported email and SMS messages. Only Greek and English are supported.

Where can I find my services and orders?

Service subscriptions groups your services by category. Category counters represent active services and differ from order counts or unread notifications. Order history shows charges, payments, documents and requests still awaiting activation or review. Payment and completed activation are separate stages.

What do UP, DOWN and Unconfigured mean?

UP is shown only from a fresh measurement of the actual service. DOWN means the latest health check failed. Unconfigured or Unknown means there is not enough reliable telemetry and must not be interpreted as either an outage or healthy availability.

How do I change my profile photo?

Open the menu on your photo or initials and choose Change photo. Your profile lets you add or remove a JPG, PNG or WebP image. It is resized to a small avatar and stored in the protected account profile. No public photo gallery is created.

What does the number beside my photo mean?

It is the unread notification count. Opening the menu does not mark every notice as read. Notifications shows your history and lets you mark messages as read. The consolidated pending bank-transfer notice shows the count and total of the relevant unpaid orders and links to order history. Reading it does not pay or cancel an order. The notification counter is separate from the active subscription count.

Where can I find illustrated setup guides?

Guides provides Greek and English steps for email in Outlook and iPhone, connecting a domain to hosting, changing DNS and nameservers, uploading a website and troubleshooting email. Use your own service details from the panel. Check email records before changing DNS. If the steps do not match your environment, open a ticket with the service and error message, without passwords.

How can I find an initial plan for my project?

Under Tools, Find the right plan asks four questions: intended use, expected traffic, mailboxes and who will manage the service. It suggests an option from the current catalog and lets you continue to order configuration. Review resources, term, extras, tax and final total before accepting. The recommendation is a starting point and does not guarantee capacity for every workload or custom application; request a technical assessment for demanding projects.

How do I subscribe to or stop the newsletter?

In My details, use Newsletter FastVPS to select a subscription and save your preference. Your account email must be verified, and you must then confirm through the separate newsletter email. If the status is Awaiting email confirmation, complete that step or use the available resend action. To unsubscribe, clear the checkbox and save, or use the unsubscribe link in a newsletter. Essential service, payment and security messages continue independently of this preference.

Account security

2FA, recovery codes, sessions and secure access to services.

How do I enable 2FA?

Use an authenticator app that supports TOTP. Start setup with your current password, add the manual key to the app and verify the first six-digit code. Protection is enabled only after successful confirmation.

What should I do with recovery codes?

Store them securely as soon as they are generated because they are not shown again. Each code can be used once. Generating a new set invalidates the previous one and requires your current password and a second factor.

How do I change my password or revoke an unknown session?

Your new password must contain at least 8 characters. All devices are signed out after a password change. On the same page you can review active sessions and sign-in history, revoke one session or sign out every device.

How do I securely view hosting or mail credentials?

Open the relevant subscription and Management access. Passwords are masked with bullets initially and are revealed only after selecting Show. You can also copy or change only the hosting or mail password; usernames remain fixed. A new password must contain 12–128 characters with a lowercase letter, uppercase letter, number and symbol.

How do email and SMS alerts work?

Panel notifications have their own history and read status. Operational messages go to the verified account email. For domain expiry, you can also verify an independent alternate email. Supported SMS alerts require an international-format number, separate acceptance and a six-digit verification code. Enabling SMS does not mean that every email or domain notice is also sent by SMS.

Billing and payments

Billing profiles, VAT, discounts, credits, payments and documents.

Can I save more than one billing identity?

Yes. Each business billing profile has a friendly name so you can easily select the company to invoice. You can set a default profile and choose another saved profile for a new service, credit purchase or domain. For a Greek VAT number, available registry details are filled through AADE and are saved only after you review them.

How are tax details filled automatically?

For Greece, enter a valid VAT number and use the AADE lookup. Available registry data fills the form, but you must review it before saving. For intra-EU B2B VAT IDs, the final tax treatment is validated live through VIES before a payment is created.

How are price, VAT and discounts calculated?

The net price is based on the selected plan, resources and billing cycle. Accounts have separate discounts for domains and other services. Applicable plan, product or subscription rules are reflected in the final summary. Net price, discount, VAT and total are shown with cent rounding. Tax is checked against the selected business billing profile. For domain restoration, the general discount applies only to a separate ordinary renewal, not to provider or FastVPS restoration fees, even if the renewal discount is 100%.

How do I buy credits and when are they posted?

1 Credit equals €1 of available balance. For example, a €50 purchase adds 50 Credits to your account. From Credit management, choose an amount, a saved billing profile, and card or unified bank transfer. Card credit is posted after the transaction is verified. For Eurobank, Alpha Bank or Piraeus Bank, use the unique payment reference; credit is posted after the transfer is matched. A top-up is multi-purpose credit: VAT is not charged on the top-up and is calculated when Credits are used for a specific service.

How do I pay for a service with Credits?

At the final step of an eligible order, select Credits. For an existing order awaiting bank transfer, you can select Pay with credits when that action is available. Your balance must cover the entire final amount including applicable VAT; payment cannot be split between credits and a card. If funds are insufficient, top up first or choose an available alternative. If you have already sent a transfer or a payment is being checked, contact support before paying again. For automatic renewals, the credits choice is saved separately for the relevant service or domain.

Can I place an order as an individual?

No. New FastVPS orders are available exclusively with a business or professional invoice. A complete billing profile and a valid tax identifier where required must be provided before payment. Final tax treatment is confirmed by the server before the payment is created.

Does FastVPS store my card details?

FastVPS does not store a full card number or CVV. Card details are entered in the payment provider’s secure form. If you choose to save a card, FastVPS keeps an encrypted reference, brand, last four digits and the related authorization. Connecting a card requests a temporary €1 authorization, automatically reimbursed by the provider; it is not a service payment. Saving a card alone does not enable automatic renewal.

Where can I see payment status and billing documents?

Order history shows the charge, payment, activation and available documents. For an unfinished card payment, use Continue payment on the same order while that action is available. Below Awaiting bank transfer, select Pay with credits when your balance is sufficient, or Pay by card, provided you have not already sent the transfer. Use the exact unique reference for a bank transfer. Payment confirmation, invoice issuance and activation are separate stages. Once issued, download the archived invoice or credit-note PDF from the order; downloading does not create another document. If you have already paid and see a payment check or pending activation, do not repeat the payment.

How do I connect or remove a renewal card?

In card management, accept the connection and complete secure card verification. Saving a card does not enable renewals. For each service or domain, separately enable automatic renewal and choose Card, the specific card, a business billing profile and a total spending cap. Alternatively, choose credits without a card. Removing a card stops its use for future charges, so review any renewals that relied on it. Removal does not undo completed payments or erase required transaction records.

What do Checking payment and the card countdown mean?

Continue payment opens the active attempt for the same order while its countdown remains. Change payment method first requests a check and safe closure of the previous attempt. When Checking payment appears, wait for confirmation before choosing another payment. The countdown expiring or closing the card window does not prove that no charge occurred. Check the order and, if the pending state persists or you were charged, contact support without paying a second time.

What does the successful-payment email confirm?

The email is sent after a card payment, credit payment or matched bank transfer is verified and refers to that specific order. It does not by itself mean that an invoice has been issued, a service activated or a domain registry action completed. Check the separate stages in Order history. If the email is missing, check spam and the order status. Do not pay again just because a message has not arrived; request a check using the order number.

Orders and services

Plans, configuration, activation, subscriptions, renewals and management actions.

How do I order a correctly configured service?

New orders lets you choose a service, actual resources, billing cycle and additional options. The public price list covers hosting, VPS, reseller, Managed Mail and domains from their respective pricing sources. An annual plan’s monthly equivalent is not a monthly instalment: check the full annual amount due. The final configuration, acceptances, tax and total are displayed before commitment. The main order form uses no more than two consolidated acknowledgements. Optional card connection and automatic renewal have separate authorization.

What is included with a Reseller Hosting plan?

Orbit, Studio, Scale and Atlas provide defined total storage, monthly traffic and a number of independent hosting accounts. They include hosted domains without a numeric limit subject to fair use, private nameservers, SSL, DNS, scheduled backups, assisted initial migration and 24/7 infrastructure monitoring. FastVPS manages the infrastructure while the reseller manages customers and sites within the plan limits.

What is the difference between self-managed and managed?

With a self-managed VPS, the customer manages the operating system, updates, security, applications and data. FastVPS infrastructure monitoring operates 24/7 and is included with every VPS. Monitoring inside the guest operating system or applications, proactive response, managed intervention and backup apply only when listed in the final configuration.

How is a Managed Mail service configured?

Choose a quantity for each available mailbox size: 1 GB, 5 GB, 10 GB, 15 GB, 30 GB, 50 GB or 80 GB, with at least one mailbox. The per-mailbox price is only part of the total: the per-domain platform, required off-server backup and managed support are included as itemized in the order. Optional initial migration has a separate charge. The public price list also shows the total for one mailbox on one domain; use the configurator for larger quantities.

What information appears on a subscription page?

Depending on service type, the page shows hostname, public infrastructure IPs, reserved resources, SLA, backup policy, next renewal and grace period. Dynamic CPU, RAM, storage, bandwidth and CO₂e visuals refresh every 60 seconds when fresh telemetry is available. Live status and incidents are scoped exclusively to that service.

Are reboot, reinstall, rDNS and upgrade actions immediate?

Only actions backed by an active, authorized provider connection can complete automatically. Otherwise they enter a controlled queue and their status appears in Action history. Reinstall is destructive to data and is submitted only after explicit confirmation.

How do I request renewal, upgrade or cancellation?

Use the relevant subscription to submit an available renewal, upgrade or cancellation request and follow its history. Submission does not mean the action is complete or a refund approved. Automatic renewal is enabled separately for each recurring service or domain, with card or credits, a business billing profile, consent and a spending cap. For upgrades, specify a plan or resources in the Desired new plan / resources field. Cancellation is confirmed with the end date and the order terms; disabling automatic renewal concerns future charges.

Can I keep notes for each service?

In Service subscriptions, choose Add note or Edit note. Notes allow up to 2,000 characters; saving an empty note removes it. Notes are encrypted for your account and do not become the new customer’s notes when a service is transferred. Do not enter passwords, full card details or sensitive personal data.

How do I compare the new Hosting and Reseller plans?

Hosting plans are Start, Business, Pro and Max. Reseller plans for hosting customers are Orbit, Studio, Scale and Atlas. Their service pages and new-order configuration show current resources, limits, options and monthly or annual terms. The final charge depends on configuration and extras such as dedicated IPv4 where offered. For an annual purchase, the displayed monthly equivalent is not an instalment: review the entire annual amount and VAT before paying.

How do I enable automatic service renewal with card or credits?

On the subscription page, separately enable automatic renewal, choose card or credits, a business billing profile and a maximum total. Recurring VPS, Hosting, Reseller, Managed Mail, Dedicated and WordPress/WooCommerce Care services are covered. Processing for the next term begins 24 hours before the current term expires, using Greece time. It uses the contract’s recurring price and applicable discount, excluding one-time setup fees. Domains have their own renewal window.

Saving the setting does not pay an old debt or make an immediate payment. Extension completes after verified payment and invoice issuance. Always check the status and new expiry date.

What if renewal credits are insufficient or the charge changes?

Credit renewal requires the full final amount, including applicable tax. If funds are insufficient, the order remains unpaid and is checked again after a top-up while renewal remains eligible. A card is not automatically charged as a fallback. An exceeded accepted cap, changed terms or incomplete billing profile requires review. If a previous card charge is uncertain, it must first be confirmed closed without a charge before credits can be used. Enabling renewal does not guarantee payment: check your balance, orders and expiry in good time.

When does a service expire and what happens to Hosting?

A recurring service’s final contractual day remains valid until the following midnight in Greece time. Check the specific expiry date on the subscription. After Hosting expires, the site, email for the same domain and the main user’s hosting-panel access may be suspended. Your billing account remains accessible for payment and support. Service restoration follows completed renewal; other restrictions, such as security blocks, are assessed separately. Service status and the related payment status are separate indicators.

What do the 80% and 95% capacity alerts mean?

Where Hosting or mailbox mapping is verified and measurements are fresh, FastVPS warns when usage approaches the 80% and 95% levels. Open the relevant service for available capacity information and the last check time. Incomplete or stale data is unavailable and does not mean zero usage. A time-to-full forecast needs history and is an estimate. Review removable data with your technician or request an upgrade. The alert does not delete data, change your plan or automatically create a charge.

Where can I see available backups and their size?

The Backup center lists your eligible services and copies that have been mapped and checked. Review the date, contents, available size, retention and last check time. Size uses an appropriate B, KB, MB, GB or TB unit; a small copy is not rounded to 0.00 GB. If retention expiry or recent availability is unconfirmed, do not assume the copy remains available. Ask support to check an empty list. The backup’s contents determine what can be considered for restoration.

How do I request a backup restore and approve its cost?

In the Backup center, open the correct service and select Request a restore. Choose an available copy, describe the exact site, database, mailboxes or files where supported, and acknowledge that newer data may be replaced. Submission creates a support ticket and notifies the team to assess it. As the owner, follow assessment and the ticket link under Requests and progress. Accept the current quote showing scope, validity and total cost, even if zero because the work is included. The team confirms the target and prerequisites before performing the restore.

Submitting or accepting a quote does not automatically perform a restore or itself charge the account. Do not put passwords in additional information.

How do I arrange a website and email migration to FastVPS?

Under Migrations, enter the domains, migration scope and mailboxes to move, with useful information but no passwords. The team assesses the request and provides a quote for the agreed scope. The owner accepts the current quote before work begins. Follow preparation, transfer, testing and completion in the history. Submission and acceptance do not automatically move data or themselves charge the account. Timing and any interruption are coordinated for the specific environment.

Does accepting a migration immediately change DNS?

No. Quote acceptance and DNS change approval are separate steps. After migration and testing, when the request is awaiting DNS cutover, the owner reviews progress and submits that specific approval. The team coordinates the change window with you and performs the change. Check the site and email and coordinate before retiring the old environment. DNS caches do not all update at the same moment.

What do WordPress Care and WooCommerce Care include?

Care plans cover eligible sites on active FastVPS Hosting. They provide organized maintenance cycles with a pre-change backup, isolated staging, update testing and post-work checks. Use Care to follow the relevant history and progress. The team performs the work; submitting a request alone does not complete it. Check the service page for the current plan, limits and price. Hosting, third-party licences, development, content changes and initial remediation of an already compromised site are assessed separately.

Domains

Search, holder details, registration, transfer, DNS and renewals.

How do domain search and alternative extensions work?

Enter a full domain or just the name. Search checks the selected extension and displays alternative available or registered choices from the active catalogue. Public search on fastvps.gr does not require sign-in, but an account is required to order and save details.

What does WHOIS show for a registered domain?

The WHOIS button opens public data made available by the authoritative registry through WHOIS or RDAP. For privacy reasons, many registries hide the holder, email, phone and address. Missing fields do not mean the domain is available.

When should I choose registration or transfer?

Registration is used for an available domain. Transfer is used when you already own the domain at another registrar and usually requires a valid EPP/Auth code. The live check is repeated before the order is created, and the final step offers card payment or bank transfer.

Can the domain holder differ from the invoiced party?

Yes. The order form lets you select Billing details and Saved domain holder independently. You can use a billing profile as the holder or choose + New domain holder, assign a friendly name and save it for later. Saving a holder does not modify billing details.

Which nameservers are used and how can I change them?

New registrations use the default nameservers displayed in the order. Transfers preserve existing nameservers unless a change is agreed. Domain management lets you submit nameservers one per field: the first two are required and additional entries are optional. Nameservers, DNS records and glue registrations are different settings. A change can affect websites and email while it propagates.

How do renewal, automatic renewal and Auth code work?

Domain management shows status, deadline and available actions: renewal, restoration or a review request. Automatic renewal requires separate acceptance per domain, a card-or-credits choice, a business billing profile and a maximum total. Card payments require an active authorized saved card; credits require enough balance for the full amount. The automatic renewal window opens 14 days and closes 24 hours before the provider deadline. The registry period applies, including two years where applicable to Greek domains. Restoration after expiry requires a separate quote. Use the protected EPP/Auth-code action; its email is addressed to the registrant recorded by the registry.

Why are some domains not automatically purchasable or priced differently?

Premium names, special extensions, registry restrictions or incomplete holder details may require manual review. A search price is binding only while its quote remains valid and is checked again before payment. Registration does not proceed if the registrar rejects the data or the domain is no longer available.

How do I update domain registrant and contact details?

Open domain management and load the contacts returned by the registry. Check the correct role and complete only the required fields. Saving is a protected action. Some registrant changes require a specific registry procedure and support. Email-verification indicators show the status returned by the provider; viewing them does not send a new verification email.

What are nameserver registrations and their IPs?

Nameserver registrations associate a hostname such as ns1.example.com with its registry addresses where supported. They do not replace the choice of authoritative nameservers or DNS-zone records. Values are checked before submission and further provider action may be needed. If unsure which setting is required, request a review before changing it.

How do I move a domain to another FastVPS account?

Enter the verified email of another active FastVPS account. The recipient accepts or declines the request, which is valid for seven days. Pending operations must be completed first. Account transfer changes management inside FastVPS; it does not automatically change the registry registrant or nameservers. Previous personal notes and discounts do not transfer, and the new customer needs their own automatic-renewal authorization.

Which email receives the EPP/Auth code?

After the required security verification, the code is sent to the registrant email returned by the registry. The verified account email receives an action notice without the code itself. A code for transfer to another registrar differs from any internal provider code. If the registrant email is incorrect or inaccessible, correct it through the applicable process.

How are Greek domain names displayed?

The panel and emails show the readable Greek form where available. Its technical form may start with xn-- and is used for registry communication. Carefully check the exact spelling, accents and extension before accepting an order. A name appearing as registered does not by itself establish transfer authorization.

What happens when a domain expires or enters quarantine?

FastVPS continues checking the status after expiry. Depending on the registry, ordinary renewal, restoration with an extra fee or only a review request may be available. The panel distinguishes expiry, the provider deadline and the last confirmed restoration opportunity. Rules differ by extension. A deletion status alone does not prove permanent loss, and payment does not guarantee recovery before confirmation.

How is restoring a domain from quarantine priced?

The quote combines the actual provider cost, applicable FastVPS handling fee and any separate renewal, with applicable VAT. Ordinary late renewal without an extra provider cost has no additional FastVPS fee. Renewals already included are not charged twice. General discounts do not reduce restoration fees. Greek extensions and other unconfirmed cases require a support-verified manual quote first.

When will I receive domain expiry reminders?

Managed-domain reminders are scheduled 30, 15, 7, 3 and 1 days before the earlier known expiry or renewal deadline. Further notices follow after the first 24 hours of expiry, on quarantine entry and 3/1 days before the confirmed restoration deadline. Outdated stages are not sent in bulk after a delay. Sending an email does not prove delivery or reading; also monitor the panel.

Why should I add an alternate domain email?

If your email depends on the same domain, it may stop working when the domain expires. Add another email and verify it with the code you receive. It is used as an additional recipient only when verified and outside that domain and its subdomains. It does not change the sign-in email or registry registrant email.

What if automatic renewal fails?

Check the domain deadline, consent, selected payment method, business billing profile and spending cap. Credits must cover the full final amount; if insufficient, the same renewal remains unpaid and can be checked again after a top-up while still eligible before the deadline. There is no automatic switch to a card. Changed pricing or terms, an exceeded cap and an uncertain charge require review before another payment. If the domain now requires restoration, a new itemized quote and acceptance of extra fees are needed. You can disable future automatic renewal in its settings.

Does domain expiry delete my website or email?

Expiry may interrupt DNS and access to websites or email, but does not by itself delete hosting or mailboxes. Those services have separate subscriptions and retention policies. Check that they remain active and maintain the agreed independent backups. New dates and nameservers are checked after restoration.

How do I organize multiple domains and their notes?

Domains displays up to 25 entries per page. Use previous and next when there are more. Greek names appear in readable form where available, with nameservers on separate lines. Your personal note appears beneath the domain to help identify its project. Service notes allow up to 2,000 characters, belong to your account and do not become a new owner’s notes on transfer. Do not store passwords or card details there.

How do I check DNS, SSL, MX, SPF, DKIM and DMARC?

In public Tools, enter the domain under Domain and email check and provide the DKIM selector if known. No sign-in is required. Results explain public DNS records and the domain’s HTTPS connection. DKIM checking depends on the correct selector. Results may be reused for up to 10 minutes. The tool does not test actual email delivery, the entire SPF chain or application security. After a DNS change, allow caches to update and check again; for an issue, send support the result and check time.

Energy and CO₂

Dynamic account and service energy footprint, renewables and calculation methodology.

What does my account CO₂ page show?

The page summarizes the estimated monthly and daily CO₂e impact allocated to your active services. It shows live power for the Aladdin, Teras, Kronos and Moon physical nodes, the FastVPS platform share, your account allocation and a separate estimate for each service.

How is power allocated to customers and services?

The calculation first totals actual physical-node power and removes the estimated load of unrelated workloads. Platform and customer allocation are weighted 70% by CPU and 30% by reserved storage. Shared hosting without dedicated CPU uses a technical assumption of 0.25 vCPU per active service. The account share is then allocated across its services using the same consistent method.

How does the renewable-energy share change?

Maximum renewable contribution is 60%: up to 30% solar and up to 30% wind. The current estimate varies with solar radiation, cloud cover and wind in Kymi using a cached 48-hour forecast. A windless night can result in 0% renewables, while ideal conditions can reach up to 60%.

Why does the green gauge fill when CO₂ decreases?

The indicator works in reverse to a consumption meter: a larger green arc means lower emissions compared with the same workload at 0% renewables. The numeric value remains the estimated CO₂e amount, while the fill represents the emissions avoided by the current renewable contribution.

Are external requests made when I open the page, and what happens if data becomes stale?

No. Your browser communicates only with FastVPS. A server-side job fetches the forecast nightly, stores 48 hours locally and derives intermediate values from that cache. If the forecast becomes older than 48 hours, the calculation conservatively uses 0% renewables. The indicator is a technical allocation estimate, not a certified footprint or carbon-neutrality claim.

Support

Tickets, Live Chat, video support, phone and infrastructure status.

What is a Support PIN and how do I use it?

The Support PIN is a temporary six-digit code used to verify you when contacting FastVPS support. It requires an active account and a verified email. It lasts 10 minutes, can be used once, and becomes invalid when you generate a new PIN or the session that issued it ends.

  1. Sign in and open Support → Phone support & PIN.
  2. Select Generate new PIN and, if needed, Copy.
  3. Provide the PIN and your account email to official FastVPS support during your conversation.
  4. After reloading the page, generate a new PIN. Wait 30 seconds if a PIN was just generated.

After 5 incorrect attempts, verification is locked for 15 minutes. Up to 10 PIN generation attempts per hour are allowed. The Support PIN is separate from your password, 2FA and recovery codes.

How do I approve a sensitive support action?

Account email changes, ownership transfers and service deletion require your separate approval. After PIN verification, support records the exact action, new email or service, and the consequences. On Phone support & PIN, read the request, confirm your agreement and choose to approve or reject it.

The request is valid for 30 minutes from creation. Approval covers only the described change, is recorded and is used once by the handling representative. Technical execution is performed separately by support; accepting a request does not mean the change is complete.

What if my PIN expired or I cannot sign in?

If a PIN expired or was used, generate a new one from your account. If verification was locked after failed attempts, wait 15 minutes. If you cannot sign in, use password recovery or contact support for the access recovery process. The PIN feature is available in the panel; PIN delivery by SMS is not provided.

How do I open an effective ticket?

Choose the correct category and related service. Use a concise subject and include the occurrence time, exact error, affected hostname or mailbox, and what you already tried. Select high priority only for a genuinely urgent incident.

How do I continue a ticket conversation and add an attachment?

Open the ticket from history and reply in the same thread so the full audit trail is preserved. Supported attachments are added to that ticket. Priority, response and resolution targets, and current status are also shown there.

How does Live Chat work?

Chat is securely linked to your account. When an agent is available, you can start an immediate conversation. When offline, you can leave a message and receive the response by email. Use a ticket when an official audit trail is required.

When should I use video or phone support?

Video support is scheduled through a ticket with your availability and a short description, and takes place with your confirmation and presence. For phone support, have your account email and a temporary PIN from Phone support & PIN ready. If you have a related ticket, also provide its number.

Where can I see public status and the status of my services?

The public FastVPS Status page shows checks for the website, billing, webmail HTTPS access and DNS, with the latest measurement time. Checks run every minute from FastVPS infrastructure; they do not test email delivery or measure contractual SLA compliance. Stale readings require confirmation. Within your account, Server status also shows the status of your linked services, refreshing every 60 seconds. Missing telemetry does not mean confirmed healthy operation.

Where can I see incidents for a specific service?

Open the subscription from Service subscriptions. Its page shows scoped incidents from the last 7 days with start and resolution times. If no reliable monitoring mapping exists, this is stated explicitly instead of displaying an assumed UP state.

Terms, privacy and responsibilities

Backup, SLA, privacy, renewal and acceptable-use policies.

When are backups included and who is responsible for data?

Backup is included only when explicitly listed in the configuration or subscription page. The Backup center shows mapped copies and their verified availability, with the specific contents and service policy. A file being present does not guarantee coverage of all data or a tested restore. For self-managed services without managed backup, the customer remains responsible for updates, security and independent copies. HA infrastructure is not a substitute for backup.

What does my service SLA mean?

The applicable SLA is the one shown in the final configuration, subscription and contractual terms. It is not a guarantee that an interruption can never occur. Exclusions, measurement and any remedy are defined in the SLA policy.

Where are domain-holder details transferred?

Necessary registrant details are sent to the relevant registrar and registry. Depending on the extension, additional business information, registration numbers or identity details may be required. Provide only what is needed for the case. The registrant profile is separate from the business billing profile. Saved profiles are encrypted and scoped to the account; public WHOIS/RDAP information is determined by registry rules.

When does cancellation or a refund apply?

B2B cancellations and refunds follow the accepted order and published policy. Before activation, the full amount is refunded if no work has been performed and there are no non-recoverable costs. Deductions may cover only agreed work actually performed and actual third-party costs disclosed and accepted as non-refundable, with an itemized explanation and evidence. After activation, ordinary cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period; non-use does not automatically create a refund or turn annual prepayment into monthly instalments. Failure to provide the service, duplicate charges and entitlements under accepted terms or law are assessed separately. Approved refunds include the required accounting correction; final credit by the bank or payment provider is a separate stage.

If domain restoration definitively fails, the FastVPS handling fee and any renewal not performed are refunded. A provider fee may be retained only with prior specific acceptance and evidence of an actual non-recoverable charge. Simply abandoning a domain does not create a penalty. New policy wording does not retroactively replace the terms accepted for an earlier order.

Where can I find all applicable terms?

Before each payment, the relevant terms and required acknowledgements are shown. Terms of sale, checkout terms, AUP, privacy policy, SLA, DPA, renewals/refunds and domain-specific terms remain available from the portal footer and fastvps.gr.

Collaborators and partnerships

Technician and accountant access, invitations and the affiliate program.

How do I join the Affiliate Program?

On the Affiliates page, describe your website, channel and audience. An application requires a verified email. Commission, eligible services, attribution period and payouts are agreed in writing before a personal referral link is activated.

How do I give a technician or accountant access?

Under Collaborators, invite a specific account and choose a role. A technician receives a restricted workspace for the services you select and the available technical actions. An accountant sees only the billing documents allowed by the role, after your related consent. You do not need to share your password. Technical access does not allow payments, ownership or account-security changes, or reveal the owner’s credentials. The owner retains responsibility for financial approvals and can revoke access.

How do I share an invitation and what can a technician approve?

After creating an invitation, copy the link shown once and share it yourself; an invitation email is not sent automatically. The recipient signs in with their own active account and verified email and accepts or declines within 7 days. A technician can submit available technical requests, such as a restore assessment for an assigned service, and view permitted history. The quote, financial acceptance and the owner’s support ticket remain with the owner. If an invitation expires or the relationship changes, manage a new invitation or revoke access under Collaborators.
