Business customers and invoices
FastVPS accepts orders only from businesses and professionals acting for business purposes. A complete business billing profile and the applicable tax identifier are required. Services are invoiced; this is not a retail receipt service. The accepted order and these B2B cancellation/refund terms apply without limiting mandatory law.

Scope and related terms
These terms govern use of the FastVPS website and account, and orders for hosting, VPS, reseller hosting, managed email, dedicated resources, domains and related technical services. The final order defines resources, billing cycle, management, support and purchased additions.
The specific order or written agreement governs its particular subject. Read the checkout process, domain terms, renewal and refund policy, acceptable-use policy, SLA and DPA where applicable.
Prices, quotes and placing an order
The public price list displays the available plan prices and billing periods. An annual plan’s monthly equivalent is not a monthly payment. Managed Mail may combine per-mailbox charges, a per-domain platform fee and an optional migration charge. Domains display separate registration, renewal and transfer prices and the applicable period.
A price display, calculator, domain search or contact request does not itself reserve a name or resources and does not charge the customer. A binding order is submitted through the authenticated billing account after the final configuration, business profile, tax, total and applicable acceptances are shown, or through an expressly accepted written quote. Availability and eligibility are checked again. The order’s status distinguishes payment, invoicing, processing and completed activation.
Delivery
Activation and technical scope
- Resources: CPU, RAM, storage, IPs, operating system, licences and location are those stated in the final order.
- Activation: starts after acceptance, payment verification and tax-document issuance, within the time stated in the order.
- Self-managed: the customer is responsible for the OS, updates, security, applications, accounts, content and backups unless a corresponding managed service is purchased.
- Managed: covers only the tasks and boundaries expressly stated. It does not automatically make every third-party application supported.
- Backup: exists only where frequency, retention, destination and restore process are expressly stated. A replica, snapshot and backup are not the same thing.
Obligations
Customer obligations
The customer provides accurate information, protects credentials and contact details, applies reasonable security measures and promptly reports incidents or unauthorised use. The customer remains responsible for content, licences, lawful processing and user activity.
Activity that breaches the AUP is prohibited. The customer must reasonably cooperate with an abuse or security investigation, complaint or lawful request and must not obstruct protective controls.
Charges, discounts and invoices
Before commitment, the order shows the net price, applicable discount, VAT or other tax, billing period and total payable. Tax depends on the selected business profile and the required verification. Accounts have separate discount rules for domains and other services; specific product or subscription rules may also apply. A displayed account percentage is not a promise that every type of fee is discounted.
For domain restoration, general discounts apply only to a separate ordinary renewal. Provider and FastVPS restoration fees are excluded, even at a 100% renewal discount. Any handling-fee waiver is recorded and shown in the quote. See restoration charges.
Only the payment methods offered for the particular order are available. Payment confirmation and invoice issuance are separate steps. Activation proceeds after payment and the required invoice have been confirmed; an online payment does not guarantee immediate service activation.
Operations
Support, maintenance and security
Support channels, hours and response targets are stated in the order. FastVPS may perform scheduled or emergency maintenance, with notice where practicable. Urgent security action may be taken without prior notice where needed to protect systems or third parties.
For serious abuse, compromise, immediate risk, a lawful order or non-payment, access may be proportionately restricted or suspended. Where safe and lawful, the customer is informed of the reason and remediation steps.
Duration, renewal and expiry
Duration and renewal conditions are stated in the order. Domain automatic renewal requires a separate authorization, saved payment method, business profile and maximum total. Saving a card alone does not enable it. Domain expiry, quarantine and related notices follow the specific domain terms. Hosting and mailboxes have separate lifecycles. Cancellation, refunds and data retention are described in the renewal/refund policy.
For a paid service, cancellation before activation is distinguished from cancellation after activation. The policy specifies permitted deductions, treatment of unused time and how any refund is calculated. A different specific term requires disclosure and acceptance before payment.
Liability
Availability and liability limits
Availability and service credits apply only under the purchased SLA. No SLA replaces the customer’s need for appropriate business continuity, secure credentials and independent backups where required.
To the extent permitted by law, indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or data loss resulting from a backup service not purchased, customer action or an external event is excluded. Liability that cannot lawfully be excluded and mandatory legal rights remain unaffected.
Final terms
Changes, law and contact
Changes affecting an active service are notified reasonably before taking effect unless immediate application is required by law or urgent security needs. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. If one term is invalid, the remaining terms continue.
Greek law applies and the competent courts are those determined by applicable rules, without restricting mandatory legal rights. Questions may be sent to sales@fastvps.gr.
Account access and authorized actions
The account user must be authorized to act for the business and, where relevant, the domain registrant. Keep the sign-in email current, protect passwords and second factors, and review sessions and notices. Sensitive domain actions require renewed security verification. An account transfer inside FastVPS does not automatically change the legal registrant at the registry.
Profile photos and service notes are optional account features. Do not use them to store secrets or unnecessary sensitive personal data. Service notes are not instructions to perform a support action; submit an authorized support request for operational work. The unread-notice count is separate from the active-service count.
