Business customers and invoices
FastVPS accepts orders only from businesses and professionals acting for business purposes. A complete business billing profile and the applicable tax identifier are required. Services are invoiced; this is not a retail receipt service. The accepted order and these B2B cancellation/refund terms apply without limiting mandatory law.
Scope
Relationship with the general terms
These special terms apply to domains searched, registered, transferred, renewed or managed through FastVPS. They supplement the general terms, privacy policy and renewal and refund terms. In a conflict, these special terms prevail only for domain-specific matters.
Order
Availability and contract formation
A search result or price quote does not reserve a domain. Availability is checked again immediately before the order is sent to the registrar. Registration is complete only after confirmation by the registrar or relevant registry. A request still in progress is not a completed registration.
FastVPS may reject or manually review a premium domain, unusual transaction, unverified identity or request that conflicts with registry rules.
Third parties
Registrar, registry and data transfer
FastVPS acts as a reseller of registrar services. To fulfil an order, it transfers the necessary holder, technical and billing data to the selected registrar, relevant registry and, where required, dispute-resolution bodies. The active registrar is shown in the customer control panel.
The rules, policies and decisions of each registry or registrar are additional binding conditions. FastVPS cannot override a lawful rejection, reservation, suspension or revocation imposed by them.
Holder
Data accuracy and eligibility
The customer provides true, complete and current data and confirms a lawful right to use the requested name. The customer is responsible for extension-specific eligibility, trademarks and third-party rights. Inaccurate or unverifiable data may cause delay, suspension or loss of the domain.
Changes to email, telephone, address or legal name must be reported promptly. The holder must complete registrar verification messages in time.
Charges
Registration term and final price
The final term, net price, VAT and any premium fee are displayed before payment. .gr, .com.gr, .net.gr, .org.gr, .edu.gr and .ελ domains are generally offered for a two-year period under the available registry rules. Other extensions may permit terms from one to ten years.
Renewal pricing may differ from initial registration due to registry, registrar, currency or tax changes. The current price is displayed before every binding payment.
Fulfilment
Payment, registration and failure
Payment alone is not registration confirmation. If the domain becomes unavailable before the registrar order is submitted, FastVPS will not substitute another name without consent and will initiate a refund of the relevant amount or account credit, subject to the customer's choice and mandatory rights.
A temporary technical error may leave the order awaiting review or completion. The same payment does not trigger a second registration or charge.
Registrar transfers and authorization codes
A registrar transfer requires the applicable authorization code, eligibility and approvals. Keep the registrant email accessible and resolve any applicable lock or pending action. An accepted request remains in progress until completion is confirmed; payment or submission alone is not a completed transfer. Existing nameservers are preserved unless a separate change is agreed.
Protected code actions require the account’s security verification. A code email goes to the registrant address returned by the registry; the verified account email receives an action notice without the code. Do not disclose the code in ordinary support messages. An internal provider transfer code is not a substitute for an external registrar authorization code.
Nameservers, DNS and registry host records
New registrations use the nameservers displayed in the order. Nameservers are entered separately in the panel; the first two are required and additional entries are optional. Registry host/glue records and IP addresses are managed separately from choosing authoritative nameservers or editing the DNS zone. Changes can interrupt website or mail access and depend on registry rules, TTLs and resolver caches.
DNSSEC or DS/key changes require a separately verified, supported process. The existence of a nameserver editor does not imply automatic DNSSEC management. Do not submit an IP or host change unless you are authorized and understand its effect.
Domain expiry and restoration
Quarantine, deadlines and itemized charges
FastVPS serves businesses and professionals exclusively (B2B), using business billing details and invoices. All amounts below exclude applicable VAT.
Registry expiry, the provider renewal deadline and the last restoration date are separate dates. Confirmed deadlines appear in the account in Athens time. Provider verification determines available actions; a calculated date or a deleted status alone does not establish permanent loss.
The .gr/.ελ registry provides a 15-day period after expiry for the previous holder. Openprovider execution and any post-expiry charge require individual confirmation. The .eu registry provides 40 days of quarantine from deletion, but the provider may impose an earlier deadline (38 days in its current catalogue). Other extensions, including .com and .net, follow their own registry and provider lifecycle. There is no universal payment extension.
- Ordinary late renewal / soft quarantine without an additional provider charge: the regular renewal price, with no additional FastVPS fee.
- Restoration carrying a provider fee: verified provider restoration cost + FastVPS handling fee + renewal only when not already included + applicable VAT.
- Handling fee: the current default and extension-specific exceptions are shown below and in the binding itemized quote before payment.
Default FastVPS fee: EUR20 net for restoration with an additional provider cost. For .eu: EUR0. The itemized quote confirms the applicable rule.
General or negotiated discounts apply only to a separate regular renewal. Provider restoration and FastVPS handling fees are excluded, including from a 100% renewal discount. A discretionary waiver of the FastVPS fee is recorded and shown in the quote. Allowing a domain to expire does not itself create an expiry penalty.
Charges, the renewal term and quote validity are displayed before payment. Restoration charges require separate express acceptance. If eligibility or price cannot be verified, a review request is opened before collecting payment. Payment alone does not guarantee recovery: the request remains in progress until registry confirmation. A delayed payment may require revalidation or refund; it never authorizes an unaccepted additional charge.
The FastVPS fee applies once per successful restoration, not per attempt. It is refunded after definitive failure, together with amounts for renewal that was not performed. Nonrecoverable provider fees are not automatically retained: this requires separate disclosure and acceptance in the quote and evidence of the actual cost. Without that acceptance, FastVPS bears the nonrecoverable provider cost after definitive failure. Additional cost caused by FastVPS error is not passed to the customer. Refunds are recorded with payment evidence and the required credit document.
Reminders are scheduled 30, 15, 7, 3 and 1 days before the earlier known expiry/renewal deadline, after the first 24 hours without renewal, on entering quarantine and 3 and 1 days before the restoration deadline. They use the verified account address and a verified alternate address outside the affected domain when provided. Duplicate notices are suppressed and old-cycle reminders stop after confirmed renewal. Mail-server acceptance does not establish delivery or reading. Customers must maintain correct contact details and monitor deadlines in their account.
Automatic renewal requires active consent, an authorized valid card, a billing profile and a maximum total charge. Processing starts 14 days before the provider deadline. A missing mandate, limit breach, payment failure or further verification requirement triggers a notice and administrative review. Independent provider auto-renewal is coordinated to avoid duplicate purchases. The renewal mandate does not authorize restoration charges without new acceptance. Invoice issuance and verification follow the configured billing process.
Dates and nameservers are checked after restoration. Expiry can interrupt website and email access but does not itself delete hosting, mailboxes or their data. Those services follow their separate terms and lifecycle.
Deadline sources: .gr/.ελ registry, EURid, Openprovider .gr. Actual availability is verified per domain.
Cancellation and refunds
Before an order is sent to the registrar, cancellation is assessed against its actual state. Fees for a successfully completed registration, transfer or renewal are normally nonrecoverable. Restoration failures are governed by the specific refund policy above. FastVPS serves business customers and issues invoices.
Support
Disputes, abuse and contact
A domain may be placed on hold, locked, suspended or subjected to dispute proceedings under law, a lawful order or registry rules. The customer cooperates with verification, abuse and dispute requests.
For registration issues, open a ticket in the control panel or email sales@fastvps.gr, quoting the domain and order number without sending passwords or authorization codes by ordinary email.
Registrant, billing details and contact changes
The registry registrant may differ from the business being invoiced. Select each profile separately and ensure you are authorized to act for the registrant. Provide accurate, current details and only the additional identity or business-registration fields required for the extension. Update inaccessible email addresses through the applicable verification procedure and complete any registry verification requests promptly.
The panel displays contacts and available verification status from the provider. A displayed status is not a new verification email. Some registrant changes cannot be completed by editing a contact and require a separate registry procedure.
Transfer between FastVPS accounts
The recipient must have a different active FastVPS account with a verified email and accept the request within seven days. Pending orders or operations may block the transfer. This changes account management inside FastVPS, not automatically the registry registrant or DNS. Old personal notes and account/service discounts do not transfer. Automatic renewal is disabled and requires a new authorization from the new customer. Historical orders and required financial records are retained.
Greek and other internationalized names
An internationalized domain has a readable form and a technical ASCII form, often starting with xn--. Check the exact spelling, accents, extension and registrant before acceptance. Registry variants or bundled names follow that registry’s rules; visually similar text is not sufficient evidence of the same registry object or transfer eligibility.
